Jay Baker is a retired veteran with nearly 21 years of Active Duty service. He has deployed seven times, supporting the 75th Ranger Regiment and various SOF Units to Afghanistan and Iraq. His military experience, which few can match in a lifetime, has given him an extensive background in Intelligence, with specialization in counter-insurgency (COIN) and anti-terrorism.  He applies this experience when working with specialized K9 units, and sensitive civilian clientele.

    While deployed in Afghanistan he worked as the military liaison for AM-K9, as the acting kennel master, and was responsible for the training and recertification process for contractors working for dog teams. He was the military overwatch/supervisor for multiple K9 teams.


    He is a graduate of the US K-9 Unlimited trainers’ course and is certified as a police K-9 instructor and K-9 trainer in patrol functions and narcotics/explosives scent detection. He has also graduated from Adlerhorst International Basic & Advanced Police Decoy/Agitator Course. 


      He travels extensively, working with various police departments and multiple working dog facilities. He is also a certified USCA IGP Helper. He is the first and only American born, level 3 APA Helper.

An Intelligence Officer, currently serving in the Army Reserves. She has specialized in anti-terrorism, intelligence-gathering, surveillance, and reconnaissance, and is currently AZ POST certified. She is one of the few female certified advanced police K-9 agitators in the state of Arizona. She is also a certified USCA IGP Helper and the only Level 1, APA female Helper to certify in the US.
